Privacy Policy — Exact Export for Jira

This policy describes how the Atlassian Marketplace app Exact Export for Jira ("the App"), published by OFFrou ("we", "us"), handles data.
Summary
The App does not collect, transmit or store your data outside Atlassian.
Exact Export participates in Atlassian's Runs on Atlassian programme. It makes no network requests to any host outside the Atlassian cloud. There is no server of ours for your data to reach, because we do not operate one.
What the App reads
The App reads the following from your Jira site, only while you are using it:
- Jira issues and their field values, as returned by your search
- The list of projects you can see
- The list of Jira field definitions, so fields can be offered as columns
All reads are performed as the signed-in user, using that user's own Jira permissions. An export can never contain an issue that the person running it could not already open in Jira. The App does not read data using elevated application-level permissions.
The App requests exactly two Atlassian scopes:

What the App stores
The only data the App stores is the templates you choose to save: the target projects, the filter conditions, the selected columns and their order, and formatting settings such as paper size, type size, date format and heading.
Issue content is never stored. Templates describe *how* to build a document, not *what* was in one.
Templates are held in Atlassian's own Forge app storage, scoped to your site's installation of the App. They are covered by Atlassian's data residency and security controls. We have no separate database and no copy of your templates.
What happens to the files you export
PDF and Excel files are generated inside your browser and saved directly to your device by your browser's normal download mechanism. The file contents are never sent to a server — not ours, and not a third party's. Nothing is uploaded, queued or cached anywhere for us to see.
What the App does not do
- It does not send data to any third party
- It does not use external analytics, advertising or tracking services
- It does not load fonts, scripts or any other resource from an external CDN
- It does not retain issue data after your browser tab is closed
- It does not create user profiles or track individual usage
Sub-processors
None. Because the App does not transmit data outside Atlassian, there are no sub-processors.
Data retention and deletion
Templates persist until you delete them in the App, or until the App is uninstalled. Uninstalling the App removes its Forge app storage, and with it every saved template, in accordance with Atlassian's data retention policy for Forge apps.

Support
If you contact support at offrou.support@gmail.com, we will hold the contents of your message (including any information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and screenshots) for as long as needed to answer you. Please do not send confidential issue data in support requests — we do not need it, and we would rather not hold it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and describe the change in the App's Marketplace listing release notes.

要約
本アプリは、お客様のデータを Atlassian の外部に収集・送信・保存しません。
本アプリは Atlassian の Runs on Atlassian プログラムの対象です。Atlassian クラウド外の いかなるホストにも通信しません。当方はサーバーを運用しておらず、データが到達する先が そもそも存在しません。
本アプリが読み取るもの
利用中に限り、以下を Jira サイトから読み取ります。
- 検索結果として返される Jira の課題とそのフィールド値
- 閲覧可能なプロジェクトの一覧
- 列の候補として提示するための、Jira のフィールド定義の一覧
読み取りはすべてサインイン中の利用者本人として、その利用者自身の Jira 権限で行われます。 実行者が Jira で開けない課題がエクスポートに含まれることはありません。アプリ権限による 横断的な読み取りは行いません。
要求するスコープは次の 2 つのみです。

本アプリが保存するもの
保存するのは、利用者が保存を選択したテンプレートのみです。すなわち、対象プロジェクト、 絞り込み条件、選択した列とその順番、用紙・文字サイズ・日時書式・見出しなどの体裁設定です。
課題の内容は一切保存しません。 テンプレートは「どう作るか」の記述であり、 「何が入っていたか」ではありません。
テンプレートは Atlassian の Forge アプリストレージに、サイトのインストール単位で 保管されます。Atlassian のデータレジデンシーおよびセキュリティ管理の対象です。 当方は独自のデータベースを持たず、テンプレートの複製も保持しません。
書き出したファイルの扱い
PDF / Excel ファイルは利用者のブラウザ内で生成され、ブラウザ標準のダウンロード機能に よって端末に直接保存されます。ファイルの内容がサーバーに送信されることはありません （当方のサーバーにも、第三者のサーバーにも）。どこにもアップロード・キューイング・ キャッシュされません。
行わないこと
- 第三者へのデータ提供
- 外部の分析・広告・トラッキングサービスの利用
- 外部 CDN からのフォント・スクリプト等の読み込み
- ブラウザのタブを閉じた後の課題データの保持
- 利用者プロファイルの作成や個人単位の利用追跡
委託先（サブプロセッサ）
ありません。Atlassian の外部にデータを送信しないため、委託先は存在しません。
データの保持と削除
テンプレートは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するか、本アプリがアンインストールされるまで 保持されます。アンインストールにより Forge アプリストレージが削除され、 保存済みのテンプレートもすべて削除されます（Forge アプリに対する Atlassian の データ保持ポリシーに従います）。
それ以外のタイミングでの削除をご希望の場合は offrou.support@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
サポート窓口
offrou.support@gmail.com にご連絡いただいた場合、回答に必要な期間、メッセージの内容 （お名前・メールアドレス・スクリーンショットなど、お客様が含めた情報を含みます）を 保持します。サポートへのご連絡に機密性のある課題データを含めないでください。 当方には不要であり、保持したくないためです。
本ポリシーの変更
重要な変更を行う場合は、冒頭の日付を更新し、Marketplace のリリースノートで 変更内容をお知らせします。
